Rear Delt Fly - Intermediate
			
		Lie prone with abdomen on ball, neck in neutral alignment, 
on balls of feet. Using ___ lb dumbbell in each hand, raise arms out from sides above ball level, pinching shoulder blades.
		Do ___ sets of ___ repetitions. 
  Advanced: When raising arms, rotate the thumbs 
up and back so palms face front. 
  Balance Challenge: Raise one leg off floor.
